How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order to UK mainland addresses, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Small items are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and arrive by tracked courier, usually within 2 to 4 working days. Large items such as barbecues, saunas and water heaters are delivered by pallet or two-person service, normally within 5 to 7 working days. Garden buildings are made to order and take 10 to 20 working days. We confirm the lead time by email after you order.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are possible for most items but take longer, so please contact us before ordering.
Can I choose a delivery day?
For large items the courier contacts you to agree a delivery day. Small parcels come with tracking so you know when to expect them.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund on standard items. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Made-to-order garden buildings cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started, and we tell you before you buy if this applies.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Note any damage with the driver, send us photos within 48 hours and we will replace the item or refund you, including delivery and return costs.
How long do refunds take?
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded straight away.
Products
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is a genuine item from the named brand, supplied brand new in its original packaging with the manufacturer warranty.
Do robot mowers need a boundary wire?
The models we stock are wire-free. They map your lawn with satellite (RTK) positioning or vision navigation.
Do garden buildings come with a base?
They are supplied as self-assembly kits unless the product page says otherwise. You will need a firm, level base in place before delivery.
Are gas barbecues supplied with a regulator?
UK models come with the correct regulator and hose for the gas type shown on the product page.
Payment & security
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payments are handled by a secure, PCI-compliant provider; we never see or store your card details.
