14 days to change your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email or through the contact page, then return the item within a further 14 days.
Conditions for a change-of-mind return
- The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
- We can arrange collection of large items for you; the collection cost is deducted from the refund. Small items can be returned by any tracked service at your cost.
- Made-to-order garden buildings and bespoke configurations cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started. We tell you clearly before you order if this applies.
Faulty or damaged goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, not as described or damaged in transit you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, including delivery and return costs. After 30 days and within six months we will repair or replace the item, or refund you if that is not possible.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you providing proof of return. Cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full straight away.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with a returns reference and, for large items, a collection date.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and keep your proof of posting or collection.
