Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email when the goods are dispatched, and that is when the contract is formed. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed incorrectly, and will refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free. Payment is taken in full when you order, through our secure payment provider.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Large items are delivered kerbside, and you are responsible for ensuring access.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery as explained in our refund policy. Some made-to-order products are excluded, which we state before you buy.
Faulty goods and warranty
Goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have the remedies set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products also carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and we help you make a claim.
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, but images are for illustration and specifications may be updated by manufacturers. Check the product page and manufacturer documentation before installation.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for business losses, or for losses you could have avoided by following our installation or usage guidance. Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting your right to bring a claim in your home nation of the UK. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a complaint you can contact Citizens Advice.
