Delivery
Free UK delivery on every order. Small items are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and arrive by tracked courier. Large items, such as barbecues, saunas and garden buildings, are delivered by pallet or two-person service and the courier agrees a delivery day with you.
Returns & refunds
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund on standard items. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we will put it right.
